Employer to employees on departure from company

This letter is written from an employer to his employees on departure from his company. He is thanking his staff for their loyalty during the time he worked for the company, and wishes the company all the best for the future, hoping that the business will continue to prosper.

Dear Team,
I am writing this letter to show my gratitude to you, my team of ever loyal employees during my tenure with the company. It has been ten years since I joined the company, and it is thanks to your dedication over the past six years that the company has gone from strength to strength, making it the success it has become.
As I am now, with some sadness, departing from the company, I can rest assured that I am leaving it in the very capable hands of yourselves, and that it will continue to flourish and prosper.
