Employee goodbye letter to superior

This letter is written by an employee to his superior. He has already officially tendered his resignation within the company, but is writing the letter to wish the company all the best for the future, wishing that it remain top ranked and successful. I hope this letter finds you in good spirits? As you are well aware I have already tendered my resignation to the company, with effect as from tomorrow, and therefore am writing to remind you that I will not be joining you all tomorrow.
I enjoyed my time working for the company and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the many years of guidance, understanding and encouragement you have shown me.
I would also at this point like to take the time to wish my co workers, as well as the company in general, all the best for the future, and hope that the company will remain to be in the top listings and achieve its ‘ target levels.
